All sessions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Cancellation Policy:

• Minimum 6 day notice required for all cancellation requests
• No refunds for cancellations made with less than 10 days notice
• No refunds of any kind for rescheduled sessions
• No refunds once a session is completed
• If you miss your scheduled session time without notice, you will be charged the full session amount

All charges take place immediately upon booking, regardless of the actual session date.

Please be aware of the following session limitations:

• No Recording: Recording of sessions is not allowed due to preexisting audio and video rights agreements
• No Transcripts: Transcripts and MP3 copies are not provided due to confidentiality guidelines
• Time Limits: Sessions are strictly time-limited and may end immediately at the allotted time due to back-to-back scheduling
• Mediumship Limits: Maximum of two (2) mediumship readings per session, time permitting
• No Follow-Up: No follow-up questions via email after session completion
• No Background Information: We do not review background information submitted in advance

Services NOT provided:

• Past life regressions (only available in person, not currently offered)
• In-person sessions (not available at this time)
• Video calls via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, or WhatsApp
• Messenger-based communications
• Legal, medical, or financial consultation
• Emergency intervention services

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone at any time for any reason.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Inappropriate behavior or communications
• Violation of terms and conditions
• Chargeback disputes with banks or credit card companies
• Disparaging comments on social media or conventional media
• Failure to comply with session guidelines
